When working with individuals, it is my goal to help you to identify where you are and develop a vision for where you want to be. In a comfortable, safe, environment, you will be able to explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and relationships while considering what needs to be in place in order to feel more peace, ease and contentment in your life.  While collaborating with me, it is my hope that you will identify your abilities and capabilities,  and discover your potential for reaching your goals.
